TO PURCHASE ITEMS YOU NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF kajx COMMUNICATIONS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO VIEW IMAGES.

A free subscription allows you to place an order with us, whether it is a print or a download. A free membership allows us to trace your order and details incase of an error, so we can provide you what you need ASAP. 

How long are images available for downloading?
Images are kept online for a minimum of six (6) months; after six (6) months images will be deleted at our discression.

Can I get my images on CD instead of downloading?
Yes, you will need to contact us, so we can override our system and post the CD out to you.

How do I make an order?
First you will have to sign up to a free subscription, then login into your subscription via the 'Member login,'

To purchase images/prints click on the "add to cart" button, which is located on the right-hand-side below the image. You will be asked to "continue shopping" (top right) or make a payment via PayPal or Cheque, Money Order of Direct Deposit (bottom left). An order page will be displayed allowing you to check your address. Complete the order by entering the code (in the grey box) and press "submit." An order page will appear displaying payment and order details.

What format are the photos in?
All kajx COMMUNICATIONS photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I use images in the media?
Generally we allow for non-profit organisations to use our images free of charge as long as they are credited with either; Photo by kajx COMMUNICATIONS or Photo by kajx.com, prior arrangements must be made. It is better that you contact us first so we can convert the image to the required printing settings/format, and email the image direct to the publisher.

If you are in doubt ring me or ask the printing media (newspapers, magazines, websites etc.) to ring me (Kendall 0409 926 654).

kajx COMMUNICATIONS MATERIALS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY UNLESS ARRANGEMENT PRIOR TO PURCHASE ARE MADE AND CONTRACT AND WRITTEN CONFIRMATION IS ENTERED INTO AND RECEIVED, BREACH OF THIS WILL RESULT IN A FEE BEING CHARGED OF $500 FOR EVERY SINGLE (ONE) MATERIAL USED. I.E. 2 MATERIALS USED $1000 WILL BE CHARGED.

Can I resell images?
NO, you may not at any time share, sell, give, or allow anyone to use your username/password, nor access your account for any reason.

Can I distribute images?
No, You may not distribute, share, sell, or give away any of our Materials at any time for any reason whatsoever. You may not distribute our Materials electronically or in hard copy, except as specifically outlined in the User's Rights to Materials from kajx COMMUNICATIONS section of the Licencing Agreement. You may not allow or authorize any third party to use the Materials for any purpose at any time or resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Materials for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or Web page.

Software and Editing:
You may not use any of the Materials downloaded or obtained from our site in a Website template or any template or design sold individually or as part of an archive or catalogue collection, or an automated shopping system, under any circumstances. You MAY however use our photos in client websites that are NOT distributed through an archive or automatic system.

You may not use any download software, internet accelerators, or other similar software or automated programs to access or download any materials from our website at any time.

You may not under any circumstances use Materials in connection with any illegal, obscene, immoral, or pornographic material.
